Quentin Tarantino: expect Kill Bill 3 in 2014

A third Kill Bill movie is in the works, confirms Quentin Tarantino. But not for a few years yet…

As Inglourious Basterds notches up the best gross yet for one of his films, Quentin Tarantino has appeared on Italian television and confirmed his plans for a third Kill Bill movie.

Tarantino revealed that Kill Bill 3 is very much in his mind, although it's not a project that he'll be tackling immediately, as his plan is for a ten year break between the second and third film. That puts the release of Kill Bill 3 (or whatever it's set to be called) down for 2014, and should leave Tarantino room to slip in a couple of other movies beforehand. It also helps Uma Thurman plan her career out a bit.

Here's hoping he makes it even more self-indulgent, bloated and dull than the first two.

....but Bill's dead. There can be no more Killing of Bill because..she already did that. :| As much as I liked both Kill Bill's, I just don't think a third seems necessary.

Are you sure about this? I had it on good authority that his next project was "A Face For Radio," and that Quentin would be playing the title character.

FFS, please QT, just say no. The first two were awful. I know you tried to set a record for the worst movie in history with "Death Proof" but please don't try to top that "accomplishment" with another Kill Bill. The first two are close enough.
