Appreciating that many people's Doctor Who radar is firmly focused, for utterly understandable reasons, on the next two weeks, some really interesting news has nonetheless emerged about the next series.

Steven Moffat, for he is the boss man these days, has been talking about the fifth season of Doctor Who since its revival. And as part of an interview for BBC Radio 3's Night Waves programme, he has revealed that arguably his finest creation in the world of Doctor Who, the weeping angels from Blink, will be returning.

We were alerted by the fine folks at Blogtor Who, who have the full audio interview over at their site. And while firm details of which episode the angels will be returning in is unclear, Moffat confirms that he loves the scariness of Doctor Who, and has plenty of interesting things to say.
