In Van Helsing season 3, the excitement ramped up from the very start as the fate of Axel, Julius, Callie, Doc and the group of survivors remained unknown, and Scarlett reunited with her mother and killed Dmitri, the antagonist of the past two seasons. Vanessa was bitten by an elder vampire with mysterious repercussions, and Sam has turned Mohamad into a vampire but is left trapped with only his former friend left to save him, or leave him.
