Ethan Hawke and Pedro Pascal are set to star in a western short film described as an answer to Brokeback Mountain.
“News broke earlier today that 3 comments and Ethan Hawke will join the 30-minute western titled Strange Way of Life from director Pedro Almodóvar. Hawke is playing Jake, a sheriff who lives on the opposite side of the desert from Pedro Pascal’s Silva, a gunslinger. While Almodóvar calls it his answer to Brokeback Mountain, it instantly piqued my interest because not only do I love Hawke and Pascal, but now I maybe get to see the two of them kiss? I’m instantly on board.”

The Boys parodied the infamous “Imagine” video from 2020 with a plethora of celebrity cameos. Here are the stars featured in their rendition.
“‘Herogasm,’ the sixth episode in season 3 of The Boys, is streaming now on Amazon Prime. While fans knew it was going to be one of the show’s most graphic episodes yet just based on the title alone, what they weren’t necessarily prepared for was another amazing pop culture parody.”
Ethan Hawke’s villain in The Black Phone has quickly established himself as an early horror legend.
“Ethan Hawke, once and still the archetypical Hollywood leading man of tender romantic comedies and gritty cop movies alike is downright unrecognizable as a serial kidnapper with a flair for the dramatic in Scott Derrickson’s lissome The Black Phone. Far from his lovelorn vacationing writer in Richard Linklater’s Before trilogy, Hawke appears fleshed with the textures of a bonafide horror franchise mascot and the raw intensity of something very eldritch. The Black Phone is simply Hawke doing great stuff, albeit at the cost of everything else.”
