New on Amazon Prime Video UK January 2021

If you’ve already blasted your way through the end of Vikings season 6 (who’d have thought it would finish with Ragnar and Lagertha flying off in a red convertible while the rest of them hand-jived ‘Always Be Together’? A bold choice.) then you’ll be wanting your next streaming fix. On Amazon Prime Video UK in January, that comes courtesy of new weekly episodes of The Expanse season five, and American Gods season three, and the complete first season of animated Star Trek: Lower Decks. Oh, and if you’re also a Starzplay subscriber, there’s the new Stephen King adaptation of The Stand arriving on the 3rd.

There are also some movies new and old, a Premier League football match that may or may not be cancelled due to Covid-19, and the prospect of new sci-fi Soulmates arriving next month. Plenty to be going on with then.
