When Disney streaming service Disney+ launched on November 12, 2019, the Marvel Cinematic Universe was still a ways away from making its streaming debut. Marvel titles like Daredevil and Runaways had already graced the streaming world on platforms like Netflix and Hulu, but it wouldn’t be until WandaVision premiered on Jan. 15, 2021 that Marvel’s celluloid canon joined its televised one.

By the time Disney+ Day, a celebration of the streamer’s two-year anniversary, rolled around today, the Marvel machine was in full force. With The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, and Marvel’s What…If? joining the aforementioned WandaVision on television, it would be unthinkable for any Disney+ Day to come and go without some fresh Marvel news. Thankfully, Marvel chief Kevin Feige and the Disney powers-that-be agreed. Not only did Disney+ Day come with some much-needed updates on long-awaited Marvel TV titles, but they were saved until the very end of the presentation.

A lot of what was revealed for the MCU on television on Disney+ Day was lightly repackaged old information. But some nuggets were truly revelational, featuring first looks at Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, and Secret Invasion. We’ve gathered every single bit of new Marvel info revealed during Disney+ Day. You can find it all below in chronological order of when the teases were announced. Apologies to Patrick Dempsey, who was tagged in an early Disney+ announcement for Disenchanted and then was not removed for the deluge of Marvel news.

X-Men ’97

The first Marvel announcement of the day was the biggest one for ’90s kids everywhere. The beloved 1997 animated X-Men series is making a comeback.

Moon Knight Logo - Marvel

Moon Knight

At first, it was fairly disappointing that Marvel wasn’t providing much in the way of an update for Moon Knight. We’ve seen this logo before and the Oscar Isaac-starring series’ release date remains stuck at “Coming soon.” Thankfully, with a sizzle reel to close the presentation, Marvel fans finally got their first look of Marc Spector in action.

We broke down everything in the Moon Knight teaser footage right here.

Marvel’s synopsis for the series reads: “Get a first look at Moon Knight, a new globetrotting action-adventure series featuring a complex vigilante who suffers from dissociative identity disorder. The multiple identities who live inside him find themselves thrust into a deadly war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt. Moon Knight is directed by executive producer Mohamed Diab; Jeremy Slater is head writer. The series is coming to Disney+ in 2022.”

She-Hulk Logo - Marvel

She-Hulk

She-Hulk also factored heavily into Marvel’s sizzle reel. You can watch Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters below:

Per Marvel: “See Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters, a lawyer who specializes in superhuman-oriented legal cases. She-Hulk will welcome a host of Marvel characters to the series, including the Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo, and the Abomination, played by Tim Roth. The new comedy series coming to Disney+ in 2022 is directed by executive producer Kat Coiro with Anu Valia also directing. Executive producer Jessica Gao serves as head writer.”

Marvel’s description reads: “Ms. Marvel introduces Kamala Khan—a 16-year-old Pakistani American from Jersey City. An aspiring artist, an avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, she is a huge fan of the Avengers—and one in particular, Captain Marvel. But Kamala has always struggled to find her place in the world—that is, until she gets super powers like the heroes she’s always looked up to. Iman Vellani stars as Kamala Khan aka Ms. Marvel. The series is directed by executive producers Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, Meera Menon and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, with executive producer Bisha K. Ali serving as head writer. Ms. Marvel premieres on Disney+ in Summer 2022.

What If…? Season 2

As previously announced, the speculative animated series Marvel’s What…If? is set to receive a second season. Can The Watcher get back to merely watching? Good luck with that, pal. Marvel’s description reads: “The second season of the fan-favorite animated series. After enlisting the Guardians of the Multiverse to stop Infinity Ultron, The Watcher returns in Season 2 of What If…? to meet new heroes and explore more strange new worlds in the MCU’s ever-expanding Multiverse. Directed by executive producer Bryan Andrews with executive producer AC Bradley serving as head writer.

This was an unexpected but welcome announcement from Marvel. The character of Maya Lopez a.k.a. Echo will be introduced in Hawkeye and played by Alaqua Cox. Read more about her here.

Spider-Man: Freshman Year Logo - Marvel

Spider-Man: Freshman Year

And finally, the “Home” naming convention for MCU Spider-Man projects is over. Executive producer Jeff Trammel serves as head writer.” Maybe Peter can finally be the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man he’s always wanted to be.

I Am Groot Logo - Marvel

Other franchises on Disney+ have rolled out adorable shorts aimed at younger audiences like Toy Story with Forky Asks a Question. Now the MCU is getting in on the action with lovable tree Groot. I Am Groot is “a series of original shorts exploring Baby Groot’s glory days growing up, and getting into trouble, among the stars. Directed by executive producer Kirsten Lepore.”

News of a WandaVision spinoff starring Kathryn Hahn as Agatha Harkness broke last month. Now Marvel has made the pickup official and given the project a spooky new title. WandaVision‘s Jac Schaefer will return as executive producer and head writer.

After making their premiere in the fifth episode of Marvel’s What If…?, the animated undead of the MCU are set to return in their own series. God help us all if Zombie Scarlet Witch is still around. The show will depict “a new generation of heroes battle against an ever-spreading zombie scourge. Directed by executive producer Bryan Andrews.”

Secret Invasion Logo - Marvel

Secret Invasion

Secret Invasion has all the makings of Marvel’s first big epic team up opportunity on Disney+. This exciting new logo does nothing to curb those expectations. Marvel describes it as a “crossover comic event series showcases a faction of shape-shifting Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.” We also got our first look at a grizzled Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson).
