Many consider 1986 a great year, or at least one important for the world’s history. Whatever your reasoning for it being a relevant year, you can consider this a special occasion: it’s officially been 40 years since then, considering that we’re living through 2026 right now.

Yes, car accidents were a thing even in 1986, and in suburban settings no less. There were thankfully no fatalities here, although getting the car upside down is, to some, a tragedy on its own.

This woman’s child decided to honor her by uploading a picture of her in 1986. This is done clearly out of love, although we can’t help but be distracted by how her collar bone line matches up perfectly with the brick line.
