Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker DVD and Blu-ray Release Date and Features Revealed

Everything you need to know about Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker DVD and Blu-ray home release!

Now that you’ve seen it in theaters, get ready to add it to your home collection. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the final chapter in the Skywalker Saga, is getting a home release in March, according to StarWars.com.

The home release will arrive in multiple formats. The Multiscreen Edition includes Blu-ray and a digital copy. Those with 4K Ultra HD capability can choose the 4K UHD Ultimate Collector’s Edition, including 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and a digital copy.

And on March 31, coinciding with the physical release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, eight other Star Wars films are being released on 4K UHD for the first time, from The Phantom Menace all the way to The Force Awakens. Not included on the list are The Last Jedi and Solo: A Star Wars Story, which already had 4K UHD releases.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker arrives digitally in HD and 4K Ultra HD and via Movies Anywhere on March 17, two weeks before it lands physically in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on March 31.
