15 American Presidents Ranked By the Funniest Photo We Could Find of Them
Being the President of the United States of America is serious business, anybody in the world knows that. These people are still human, however, capable of being deadly serious as they are of being quite silly. This is why, every now and then, the cameras can catch something completely unexpected.
These images remind us that even the most powerful people in the country have hilariously human moments. So we dug through decades of presidential photography and picked the funniest shot we could find for a few American presidents. History class probably didn’t prepare you for these.

Barack Obama
Swearing to the flag is all well and good, but swearing while next to the Easter Bunny is what makes a commitment truly count.

Bill Clinton
If you can’t see Clinton in this picture, it is because he’s very well hidden behind two Bushes.

George W. Bush
No one wants to deal with the rain, but someone should say to President Bush that there are more dignified ways to deal with water.

Calvin Coolidge
It’s always good to promote exercise, although it’s best to do so with proper equipment, clothing, and form.

Richard Nixon
With the advent of photography, anyone could pretend they could fly with a little hop. It seems President Nixon wanted to give that a try himself.

Ronald Reagan
One thing is to be silly, another different one is to make a fool of yourself when giving a press conference. Yet Ronald Reagan was up to the task.

George H. W. Bush
You get to meet a lot of people as President of the United States, including famed actor and politician Arnold Swatchenberger. Somehow this meeting ended up with them sharing a ride.

John F. Kennedy
Just so you know, photoshop didn’t exist when this picture was taken. So yes, President Kennedy really was there and not added in post, as hard as that is to believe.

Herbert Hoover
The Popeye experiment to sell more spinach to children was so successful, that President Herbert Hoover just had to thank the man himself personally.

Donald Trump
There is nothing quite like facing the true symbols of capitalism during Halloween, like Marvel’s Spider-Man and the ever present (and ever growing) franchise that is the Minions.

Dwight D. Eisenhower
It’s hard to match the childlike energy of this picture, no matter who you are. The fact that this is a picture of President Eisenhower only augments the energy.

Joe Biden
Some people said that President Joe Biden was perhaps too old for the job. It’s not that we agree, but the amount of candles in that birthday cake is somewhat troubling.

Jimmy Carter
So yes, we have a lot of silly presidential pictures, but plenty if not all of them are silly on purpose. President Jimmy Carter was likely not trying to be silly as he slipped on ice.

Harry S. Truman
It seems President Truman was eager to leave office, since he seems to be quite happy with the headline of the day’s paper. That, or he didn’t read it all too well.

Gerald Ford
There are few things sillier than a comedian, so sharing the stage with a star like Chevy Chase is certainly going to take the lead. The fact that they are making an impromptu pose helps.
