Waaaay to much Iron-Man without the helmet. Damn , Narcissism indeed. This what happens when you have a million bucks celebrity playing a masked character. They GET IT IN THEIR CONTRACTS that their face will be shown for 80 percent of the movie. That way you get Much more Downey Jr.-Man than Iron-Man. Same happend when Stallone played Judge Dredd, Nicholas Cage playing ghost rider mostly without the fricking skull, Spiderman mask always convenientelly tears apart for Macguire to show he "terrific emotive acting" and the long list goes on. So far only V remained V and not the Hugo Weaving show. Of course Weaving is no way as big a celebrity as Downy Jr.

in regards to the above post, i hated spidermans mask keep coming off it was dumb but I think the complete oppisite of Iron Man, see Iron Man isn't hiding from the world he's on full show and doesn't care who knows it, he has no secret identity now, so if hes not in battle why bother? Why hide your face when you can bask in the warm glow of everyone knowing who you are and how much butt your kicking! lol. Looks good

Noticed it is showing in Imax screens from the trailer - hopefully we'll get it in Imax over here too

All of a sudden after watching this trailer did I feel a bad feeling toward this movie, reminding me of how disappointing I found the CGI robot vs robot fight in the first movie. To make my point: I like it when they year off Spidey's mask, at least you know it's real, it feels more real and the punches feel like they hurt more than with the mask on. When Tony lost his mask in the first movie the fight got a lot better. And now I see this second movie will just feature more iron man copies baddies that want him out of the way. And Sam Rockwell seemed like a tool of a sudden, as he is set up to be the big bad of the movie I think, but I hope the movie isn't as bad as the trailer (that gave everything away) and I hope Sam Rockwell and Robert Downey Jr pull it off just like they have before. I'm in it for the motherfucking narcissism. Robert Downey Jr. rules.

I think one of the reasons Batman works so well cinematically is that the costume is impressive but allows enough of the face to be seen to remind the audience its a real person inside and not just cgi fluff. For a similar reason I think it makes sense for Iron Man and Spiderman to lose their masks a lot, albeit a more contrived and difficult sell overall.

I don't know, it sort of looks a bit too expensive. They should reboot the franchise and have Iron Man - the High School years.
