Twilight: New Moon rumoured DVD and Blu-ray release date

Granted, we're getting ahead of ourselves here, given that the film only arrives in cinemas at the end of this week. But those who are thinking ahead and wondering when they can get their paws on the DVD or Blu-ray of Twilight: New Moon are likely to have to wait until March 2010.

We understand that in the UK, the film is set to get its disc release on either Monday 15th March or Monday 22nd March, with the leaning very much towards the former. In fact, UK retailer WH Smiths is listing the film as down for a 15th March 2010 release here, and that would - given that Summit Entertainment would be looking for a global roll-out - point towards a 16th March release in the US.

It looks like there will definitely be a two-disc special edition released, and we'd also guess that a single disc version will be on the way.

Twilight: New Moon arrives in cinemas on 20th November.
