Digital Spy reports that director Guy Ritchie has been told by Warner Bros to reshoot several scenes of his Sherlock Holmes movie.
In the report, Ritchie's divorce from Madonna is cited as the cause of the unacceptable output. The execs have reportedly said that one of the scenes in particular was "ridiculously unrealistic". The Sun's insider is quoted as saying "It's disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it."
Sherlock Holmes is due for release in November of 2009, and co-stars Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes and Jude Law as Doctor Watson.
