Like many performers, Will Poulter began acting at a young age. The British thespian was a pupil at Harrodian School in London, an institution known for creating high-profile talent.

Poulter began his film career in 2007 in Son of Rambow, a movie about two young boys creating an amateur version of First Blood, the original film in the Rambo series starring Sylvester Stallone.

Poulter managed to impress in the coming-of-age flick so much that he landed the part of Eustace Scrubbs in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 2010.

While the third entry in the Narnia franchise wasn't as successful as the studio hoped, the role ended up springboarding Poulter into new heights of his career.

In 2013 Poulter was featured as a member of the fake family in We're the Millers alongside Jason Sudeikis and Jennifer Aniston. The movie became an immediate fan favorite.

A year later, Poulter continued to burst into the mainstream with another adaptation of a famous novel, the young adult book The Maze Runner.

Will played the character of Gally and reprised his role in the 2018 sequel The Death Cure, the third installment of the franchise, establishing him as a viable asset for franchise filmmaking.

In addition, Poulter has displayed his range doing more Oscar-bait films, including roles in The Revenant as Jim Bridger and Detroit as Philip Krauss.

Poulter even lent his skill to Netflix's iconic sci-fi anthology series Black Mirror in the one-off episode Bandersnatch, which featured an interactive element where viewers could decide the outcome.

Most recently, Will Poulter was in the horror film Midsommar as one of the students wrapped up in the nefarious plots of a cult in Sweden.

Finally, Poulter has joined the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 as Adam Warlock, an artificial superhero created by the Sovereign set to face off against the Guardians in battle.

From several book adaptations to horror and some comedy, Will Poulter has displayed a fantastic range early in his career, setting himself up as a mainstay in the industry for years to come.
