Brianna Hildebrand joins Lucifer in its final season, but the Devil is in the details.

As Lucifer says one last goodbye to its fans on Netflix, the sixth season will be an explosive one with Tom Ellis’ Devil trying to decide if he should become God.

The show has been through the wringer since it began in 2016, and many guest stars have come and gone over the years.

After being cancelled and brought back from the dead by Netflix, Lucifer will finally go out with a bang this summer.

The biggest new character to join the show in its last season is Rory, played by Brianna Hildebrand.

Initially teased as simply a "rebellious angel", Rory is much more than that, and will turn Lucifer’s world upside down.

Hildebrand will be a familiar face to fans of the Deadpool movies. She played Negasonic Teenage Warhead opposite Ryan Reynolds in both blockbusters.

Negasonic Teenage Warhead was the first openly gay character in the X-Men cinematic universe.

Hildebrand is also gay, saying that “I am glad that I am public about it and I think I should be.”

The 25-year-old actress’ role in Lucifer has been kept tightly under wraps, but she makes a huge impact on all the show’s main characters before the series ends.

We’ll see Hildebrand again in upcoming movies like Persephone, The Time Capsule and Girls Night.
