The new Netflix original action thriller Gunpowder Milkshake has an all star cast of badass women from some of your favorite TV shows and movies.

Gunpowder Milkshake is led by Scottish actress Karen Gillan who plays Sam, a ruthless and coldblooded professional hitwoman with a rocky relationship with her mother.

Gillan is fresh off her turn as Nebula in the MCU and is no stranger to action given her time on Doctor Who as Amy Pond and as Ruby Roundhouse in the reboot of Jumanji.

Lena Headey, best known for playing Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones, is playing Scarlet, the estranged mother of Sam and leader of a group of female assassins called the Sisterhood.

The Sisterhood is made up of additional trained assassins played by a diverse cast of veteran actresses, including Angela Bassett, Michelle Yeoh, and Carla Gugino.

Angela Bassett, who’s recently been in projects such as Black Panther, Mission Impossible: Fallout, and American Horror Story plays assassin Anna May.

Crazy Rich Asians, Star Trek: Discovery, and Shang-Chi star Michelle Yeoh will portray Florence, a machine gun-wielding assassin and additional member of the Sisterhood.

Rounding off the Sisterhood is Mathilde, a Canadien assassin played by Spy Kids and Gerald's Game veteran actress Carla Gugino.

Finally, the main antagonist of the film is Nathan, a heartless crime lord who has history with the sisterhood, played by John Adams and Billions actor Paul Giamatti.

Gunpowder Milkshake is set to start streaming on Netflix Friday July 16!
