Power Rangers Dino Super Charge Teaser
Check out some trailers here…
This trailer gives us a lot of clues to go off.
First up, the Rangers have new American exclusive power ups! Dino Drive mode was introduced last season, but in Dino Super Charge, the Rangers are powered up even more. The new power up features the armor from the Rangers Dino Steel mode, along with an American exclusive Dino Steel mode for the Gold Ranger. The face plates are also all black, losing the distinctive mouthpiece.
Power Rangers Dino Super Charge New Rangers
The trailer and new toys also unveil some new Rangers joining the already large line up.
Power Rangers Dino Super Charge Aqua Ranger
The Aqua Ranger bonded to the Aqua Energem on an expedition years ago. Since then, he has dedicated himself to finding the remaining Energems and fighting the villain Fury, unaware there were other Power Rangers who have discovered Energems of their own.
The fifth episode of the season confirmed the Aqua Ranger was none other than Tyler’s Dad! So we’ve only got one more Rangers shown off in the trailer, the Silver Ranger. We don’t know much, only that’s he’s the final Ranger added to the team and that he’s in outer space as of episode 10.
We also got a chance to see more of the upgraded form of the Red Ranger and a confirmed name for the new form, T-Rex Super Charge Red Ranger.
Power Rangers Dino Super Charge New Villains
We also got a look at some new villains for the Rangers. The only one with a confirmed name is Snide.
Campbell Cooley as Snide:
Snide is a monster in every sense of the word. He’s big, brutish, and prone to angry outbursts and rampages. He has pure strength and willingness to destroy absolutely anything in his path. He prefers a more direct approach to getting the Energems, and attacks the Rangers any chance he gets.
The trailer also glimpsed several other new monsters, one based on a candle which we now know is named Singe, the other Arcanon, and Doomwing.
It seems Sledge will be out of the picture at first, but a few keen fans have noticed part of his arm is visible in the opening credits. So he’ll be back to fight the Rangers!
Suffice it to say, Power Rangers fans have a lot to look forward to, when the series premieres in early 2016 on Nickelodeon.
