Night School Trailer Teaches Kevin Hart the Basics

Night School trailer teaches Kevin Hart a thing or two about funny business.

There is no cure for what Kevin Hart has in the new Night School trailer. He’s got some kind of learning herpes. The new comedy pairs the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Ride Along star with The Last O.G. and Girls Trip‘s Tiffany Haddish.

Night School, which comes from Universal, has Hart’s character wanting to move up in the world, from one of the best appliance salesmen to a financial planner, so he can marry Haddish’s character. The only thing standing in his way is, he’s a dropout. He didn’t drop out of Harvard, though, like Mark Zuckerberg, he dropped out of high school diploma.

The film was written by Hart, along with Matthew Kellard, Harry Ratchford, Nicholas Stoller, John Hamburg and Joey Wells. Night School was directed by Malcolm D. Lee (Girls Trip).

The film also stars Taran Killam (Drunk History, Saturday Night Live, Parks and Recreation), Rob Riggle (22 Jump Street), Romany Malco (Weeds), Ben Schwartz (Happy Anniversary), Spider-Man: Homecoming‘s Jacob Batalon, Megalyn Echikunwoke and Keith David.
