AEW All Out Results
AEW crowned its first champion tonight. Who held up the gold when the smoke cleared? We have the results.

With only a couple months until All Elite Wrestling starts airing on TNT, they’re gearing up for one of their bigger shows with AEW All Out. This is the one year anniversary follow-up to All In, the indie party PPV that Cody and the Young Bucks put together back in 2018. Since establishing AEW, the promotion did a huge introduction show in Double or Nothing, then two lesser shows in Fyter Fest and Fight for the Fallen. Now they’re building towards what will apparently be one of their four big annual PPVs.
One of the reasons why it’s so big? We’ll finally have ourselves an AEW World Champion via this show.

Results: In the final three, Britt Baker eliminated Bea Priestley, but Priestley then grabbed onto her arm and made it easy for Nyla Rose to eliminate Baker. Nyla Rose wins and advances into the title match.

PRIVATE PARTY VS. ANGELICO AND JACK EVANS
Results: Private Party picked up the win by finishing Evans off with a top-rope hurricanrana into a cutter. After the match, the two teams celebrated, but once Private Party turned their backs, Angelico and Evans attacked them and beat them down.

JURASSIC EXPRESS VS. SOCAL UNCENSORED
Results: SCU hit the Best Meltzer Ever (a tombstone with a top-rope assist) on both Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt at the same time for the win. After the match, the Jurassic Express showed respect and SCU, though not overly friendly, accepted it.

PAC VS. KENNY OMEGA
Winner becomes #1 contender for AEW World Championship
Results: After a lengthy bout, Omega went for the One-Winged Angel and couldn’t quite get PAC in position. PAC reversed it into the Brutalizer. Omega didn’t tap, but he did pass out and the ref called for the bell.

DARBY ALLIN VS. JOEY JANELA VS. JIMMY HAVOC
Cracker Barrel Clash
Results: An absolutely ridiculous hardcore match that ended with Jimmy Havoc superplexing Janela so that his legs landed on a Cracker Barrel barrel. He picked him up, clotheslined him over the barrel (crushing it) and made the pin.

THE DARK ORDER VS. BEST FRIENDS
Winner gets a bye in the tag team championship tournament
Results: The Dark Order picked up the win after hitting the Fatality on Trent while their Creeper minions swarmed and beat down Chuck Taylor on the outside. Afterwards, Uno attempted to carry Chuck away on his shoulder, but the lights went out. When they turned back on, recent AEW signee Orange Cassidy casually stood in the ring. Without taking his hands out of his pockets, he drove to the outside and took care of all the Creepers. Chuck and Trent hugged Orange, who didn’t seem to register it.

RIHO VS. HIKARU SHIDA
Winner compete for the AEW Women’s World Championship on the debut of AEW’s weekly show
Results: After a lot of back-and-forth, Riho sealed the deal with a headscissors pinning combination. At the entrance ramp, Nyla Rose walked out and stared at Riho before walking to the back.

CODY VS. SHAWN SPEARS
Results: Cody’s cornerman was MJF, who at one point got into a strangling match with Tully Blanchard. During all the mayhem, Arn Anderson ran out and put Spears down with a spinebuster before leaving. A confused and angry Tully followed him up the ramp. Cody considered hitting Spears with a chair, but instead threw it to Spears, who caught it, and smashed it into his face with a Disaster Kick. Cody pinned Spears and afterwards, MJF looked like he was considering hitting Cody with the chair from behind. Cody turned around and MJF tossed it aside to hug his mentor.

LUCHA BROTHERS (C) VS. THE YOUNG BUCKS
Ladder match for the AAA World Tag Team Championship
Results: Nick Jackson was put through a table on the outside. While climbing up the ladder, Matt momentarily took Pentagon out of the match by unmasking him. Fenix still stopped Matt from winning and the Lucha Brothers silenced Matt with a double-stomp/package piledriver combination on a ladder. The Lucha Brothers climbed the ladder and grabbed the belts to win.
Afterwards, two hooded men wearing JFK and Bill Clinton masks entered the ring and beat up both teams. They unmasked to reveal the tag team LAX.

“HANGMAN” ADAM PAGE VS. CHRIS JERICHO
AEW World Championship
Results: Hangman hit the Dead Eye on Jericho, but it didn’t put him away. He went for a second one, but Jericho was able to get out of it. Page went for the Buckshot Lariat while Jericho went for the Judas Effect. Jericho won out and pinned Page to become the first AEW World Champion.
No CM Punk appearance, if you were wondering.

POST SHOW
A bloody Chris Jericho walked around backstage, boasting to everyone about being the champion while everyone reacted with annoyed silence. As he celebrated alone, a distraught Adam Page was interviewed about what was next. He meekly admitted that he didn’t know what he was going to do, but then he was interrupted by PAC, who said that they had unfinished business. After PAC left, Page told everyone that the interview was over. Meanwhile, Jericho was officially awarded the belt and kept talking himself up while shooting champagne all over the place.
