The X-Files will be heading for high definition later in the year, as Fox has confirmed that it’s hard at work on a 1080p version of X-Files: Fight The Future. Producer Frank Spotnitz has confirmed that it’ll be a feature-packed release, and while he won’t be drawn on a release date, it’s understood that it’ll be out before the end of the year.
It’ll be released side-by-side with the Blu-ray edition of the new X-Files movie, I Want To Believe, which hits UK cinema screens on 1st August.
For this movie too, we have a jam-packed special edition to look forward to, and it will be released on both DVD and Blu-ray before Christmas.
X-Files: I Want To Believe hits UK cinemas on 1st August.
