Yonderland renewed for series 2

Sky One has renewed fantasy puppet series Yonderland for a second series...

Yonderland, the puppet fantasy series about Debbie (Martha Howe-Douglas), a hero prophesied to save a wonderous realm from the evil Negatus (Simon Farnaby) was one of last year's family viewing treats for Sky subscribers. It came from the talented imaginations of the Horrible Histories cast and writers, and generally delighted audiences with its Terry Gilliam / Mighty Boosh-esque silliness.

Terrific news then, Sky One has commissioned a second series of Yonderland. The new run is due to film this autumn and air in 2015, hopefully featuring the return of the whole crew, including Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, Ben Willbond, Dan Renton-Skinner and of course, Mat Baynton (whose The Wrong Mans James Corden collaboration is also returning for a second series). Hoo, and indeed, ray.
