The latest TV show from Lost's Damon Lindelof has its first full trailer. Here's the promo for HBO's The Leftovers...

Based on the novel of the same name by Tom Perrotta, The Leftovers is a high-concept drama, adapted and produced by Lost's Damon Lindelof. Set in the aftermath of a global event in which a large percentage of the planet has disappeared - in what could be the Rapture written about in The Bible - the story will follow the dregs of society left behind.

Boasting a great cast, which includes Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler and Christopher Eccleston, The Leftovers' pilot was directed by Peter Berg (Friday Night Lights, Battleship, Lone Survivor), and is set to premiere on HBO on the 29th June. An air date for the UK doesn't appear to be available yet, but should we get one, we'll be sure to pass it along.

Until then, here's the first full trailer, which, with its swearing and bare bottoms, is decidedly not safe for work.
