Being Human (USA) renewed for season 4 & more Syfy news

Syfy has announced a clutch of updates and new projects alongside the renewal of Being Human (USA) for season four...

Anyone who's visited the comments section of our Being Human (USA) season three finale review will have been cheered by the news that the supernatural gang is to return for another thirteen episodes in 2014.

Season three of the UK import picked up dramatically after the somewhat floundering instalments of the show's second season, without any signs of slowing down towards the end. That means more from Sally, Aidan and co. (and further visits to the Department of Bad Wigs and Even Worse Accents) is welcome news in these quarters.

In addition to confirming the return of Being Human (USA), Syfy has updated its slate of current projects, some new such as "taut, sci-fi drama" No Place, based on comic book The Test, and some known to us, such as Ron D. Moore's Arctic disease series, Helix. We'll be bringing you our pick of the new US geek shows to look out for this autumn soon, but in the meantime, you can read more about Syfy's plans, here.
