Battlestar Galactica, Dollhouse, Smallville, Continuum and Arrow actor Tahmoh Penikett has another series to add to his geek CV, as news arrives that he'll be taking a recurring role in Supernatural's ninth season.
Best-known round these parts for playing Battlestar's Helo, aka Karl Agathon, Penikett is to play Ezekiel, "a dignified warrior angel" in Supernatural. Penikett's character was injured in the season eight finale Fall, and is one of the many fallen angels now on Earth. We'll meet Ezekiel in the season nine premiere, and follow his story through multiple episodes.
