Orphan Black's second season starts on BBC Three on Wednesday the 30th of April in the UK...

Time was we in the UK had to wait for overseas drama to arrive on our shores, months certainly, sometimes years. Now, more often than not, it's a week or two tops, or even no time at all, as in the recently simulcast Game Of Thrones season four opener when you couldn't even fit a Rizla paper between the US and UK start dates.

Orphan Black, one of last year's hit geek imports, is the latest show to benefit from reduced lag time between continents. The sci-fi action comedy drama is coming back to BBC Three in its 10pm slot just a week and a half after the US premiere. Orphan Black season two arrives in the US on Saturday the 19th of April, followed up by a UK start on Wednesday the 30th of April.

If you've yet to catch up on the first season then BBC Three will be repeating it from Monday the 21st of April though - as is their wont these days - at silly o clock in the morning. That means the episodes will be on iPlayer though, and they come highly recommended.
