Chris O'Dowd and Nick Murphy's charming, funny sitcom Moone Boy soon returns to Sky for its second series. See the trailer here...
Prime yourself for some early nineties nostalgic fun as Moone Boy returns to television for its second series.
Developed from one of Sky's Little Crackers comedy shorts, the Chris O'Dowd and Nick Vincent Murphy-written series tells the story of loveable lad Martin Moone, and his travails growing up in late eighties/early nineties Ireland with a houseful of sisters and an imaginary friend (O'Dowd).
A third series of the sitcom has already been commissioned by Sky, and series two promises more Martin, more pubsecent humiliation, more comedy guest stars, and most importantly of all, more of Martin's best friend Padraic. We love Padraic. In fact, we were big fans of the entire first series, as you can probably tell from this.
Moone Boy series two starts on the 17th of February on Sky One.
