Coming to BBC Three on Sunday the 17th of March is fantastic new zombie drama In The Flesh. See the most recent trailer here...

We're big fans of new three-part BBC drama In The Flesh, an atmospheric, smart, sensitive, and very British take on the dramatic potential of that zeitgeisty old chestnut: the zombie uprising. Episode one is due to air on Sunday the 17th of March at 10pm, and you'd be wise not to miss it.

The three-part series comes written by playwright Dominic Mitchell, and directed by Ashes to Ashes and Doctor Who's Johnny Campbell. Take a look at the brand new trailer below.

Only 3 episodes? That is slightly disappointing.

I don't find this disappointing at all. This makes it even more exciting. Sherlock managed to be one of the best things ever to grace the telly with 3 episode series arcs. I'd much rather a tight well-scripted awesomeness than a longer series of decent, but vaguely story padded pretty goodness.

What a piece of junk

Surprised it's only going to be a 3 parter, does this mean it'll be an entirely self contained story? That actually sounds pretty good.

Im not talking about a story aspect. Im talking about the aspect of
"aweeee mannnn the walking dead isnt going to be on until october and
this show is only having 3 episodes, how am i gonna get my modern
original take on zombie fix now" aspect. I love sherlock and love its
format (except when there are 2 year breaks in between)
