Game Of Thrones season 4 episode titles announced
The first four episode titles for Game Of Thrones' fourth season are as follows...
It's time for those who've read George R.R. Martin's A Song Of Ice And Fire saga to nod sagely, stroke their chin and adopt an air of knowing mystery: the first four episode titles for Game Of Thrones season four have been announced.
First up comes Two Swords, then it's The Lion And The Rose, then Breaker Of Chains, and then Oathkeeper. Hands to chins and altogether now, "Hmmmmm..."
If you don't want to join in the spoiler-y spectulation, look away now.
Of the four, two in particular promise major events. The second surely refers to the 'purple wedding' between King Joffrey (The Lion of Lannister) and Margaery Tyrell (The Rose of Highgarden), while the third promises some Meereenese action from Daenerys Targaryen and pals. That said, there are also other chains to be broken by a prisoner in season four...
The first and fourth seem to refer to the swords forged from Ice of the House Stark, Widow-Maker and Oathkeeper, given respectively to Joffrey and Jaime Lannister. We can also expect some Brienne focus in episode four, we'd have thought.
Game Of Thrones season four starts on HBO on Sunday the 6th and on Sky Atlantic on Monday the 7th of April.
