First look at Sky's new crime thriller Falcon

Falcon, a new four-part crime thriller adaptation set in Seville starts this evening on Sky Atlantic...

We'll level with you, when we realised that Sky Atlantic's new crime drama four-parter Falcón wasn't about a Spanish, darkly sexual, crime-solving bird of prey with a history of addiction, but a man called Mr Falcón (or Señor Falcón to be more precise) it dropped a peg or two on our 'Must-Watch' list.

It still looks well worth a look though. Based on the first of Robert Wilson's Javier Falcón crime novels, The Blind Man of Seville, the new four-part drama stars Marton Csokas, Hayley Atwell, Emilia Fox, Charlie Creed-Miles and Natalia Tena.

Falcón's first episode airs this evening at 10pm on Sky Atlantic, and you can watch the atmospheric opening here (be warned though: it features violent content, and a man fighting an invisible bull).
