The Mighty Boosh's Julian Barratt to appear in Being Human series 5
Well-loved UK comedian Julian Barratt has been confirmed as guest starring in Being Human's fifth series...
This time last year, we were all aflutter with the news that Mark Gatiss was to appear in the final episodes of Being Human's fourth series. Now arrives comparably exciting news for comedy fans as it's confirmed that Howard Moon himself (aka Julian Barratt) will be guest-appearing in one episode of series five.
Barratt, who has just wrapped on Sightseers director Ben Wheatley's new film, A Field In England, in which he appears alongside The League of Gentlemen's Reece Shearsmith and Kill List's Michael Smiley, is to play a character named Larry in Being Human. Catch a brief glimpse of him in weapon-wielding action around 0:08 in this new BBC Three 2013 trailer, here.
Series five of Being Human, starring Michael Socha, Damien Molony and Kate Bracken as the new werewolf/vampire/ghost flat-sharing trio, is expected to air early next year.
