Steven Moffat: Doctor Who must change
Simon Brew
The new Doctor Who chief has been giving some interviews...
There’s a great new interview with Doctor Who’s incoming chief Steven Moffat over at io9.com. In it, he describes why, in his view, the show has to keep changing to be able to work.
“You change everything, all the time”, he remarked. “You have to stay alive and stay lively, and Doctor Who is about change. Change is part of Doctor Who's formula. It must change”.
In the interview, he also talks about why the show is a children’s programme, and how Doctor Who is influenced by the shows around it.
You can read the full interview, and we recommend you do, right here.
