True Blood season 3 gets premiere date
Simon Brew
Vampire hit True Blood is coming back to our screens for its third season in June, it’s been confirmed.

A short but sweet post this, with a piece of news that we suspect many of you have been waiting for. Over in the States, Variety has revealed that the third season of HBO’s quite marvellous True Blood is set to make its debut on Sunday 13th June.
The new season of the show runs for 12 episodes, and this time Kevin Alejandro and Alfre Woodard have been added to the cast, with Michelle Forbes not returning.
The UK broadcast of the third season, incidentally, is likely to be several months behind, with FX set to show it first. We'll keep you posted on that, though.

Fantastic news, although the 'Maryann' stuff dragged on last season, so looking forward to something fresh!
