It's a tricky job reporting on Matt Smith's first season as Doctor Who without giving away too much in the headlines of the stories. We figure that there's lots you're going to find out anyway without us saying a word, but in the spirit of trying to keep as much as possible under wraps for you, if you really don't want to know anything about what's coming up, then look away now.
Still here?
Marvellous. For it's been confirmed that among the guest stars for the next series of Doctor Who will be Bill Nighy. He's going to be appearing in the episode written by Richard Curtis, which itself is going to see The Doctor meeting up with Vincent van Gogh (who's going to be played by Tony Curran, of This Life fame). Digital Spy is now reporting, however, that Bill Nighy will slot into the episode, playing a curator of a van Gogh exhibition.
The episode is set to be the tenth out of the 13 episode run for the next series, which begins in the spring.
