Girl Number 9: the trailer

We don't usually spend as much time as we should watching some of the intriguing web shorts and projects that are appearing online with increasing regularity. But we've got our eyes firmly on Girl Number 9, a series of half a dozen five minute episodes that are arriving on the Internet from the end of the month.

The reason for our interest? Mr James Moran, a writer with the feature film Severance behind him, as well as episodes of Doctor Who, Torchwood, Torchwood: Children Of Earth and Primeval. We always try and ask him what he's up to next as well (we chatted with him here and here), and generally find out that he's very busy, but it's all top secret. Bah. We'll keep trying, though.

We are starting to find out more about Girl Number 9, though. It premieres at the end of the month, and stars Gareth David-Lloyd, Tracy-Ann Oberman and Joe Absolom. It will be premiering at the end of the month, and it's billed as an online web thriller. And quite an intersting looking one at that.
