We're now just a couple of weeks away from discovering whether Fox will win its gamble to back Joss Whedon and Dollhouse over other shows that, to be fair, some felt were more deserving of another season. The ups and downs of Dollhouse have been well charted, however, and we're among the many hoping that the surprise second season for the show is more in keeping with the back end of season one than the first half.

Fox continues to build up to the show's return, with a brand new promo piece teasing the 25th September premiere for Dollhouse season two. Hopefully all the pieces will fall more convincingly into place this time, because if they don't, it'll make the tough job of getting a third run all the harder.
