With the fourth and pivotal season of Heroes just a matter of weeks away, NBC has begun to ramp up its publicity efforts for what will be the series' fifth chapter, Redemption.

We're not, for a change, going to go on about just how much of a muddle Heroes has managed to get itself into, nor about the impact of Bryan Fuller's second departure from the show. Instead, we're brushing ourselves up with a fresh coat of optimism.

With that in mind, NBC has revealed - via UGO - a new promotional poster for the fourth season of the show, which we've cunningly brought to you here. And also, there are two new promotional clips from the next round of Heroes. These are playing up the action quotient of the show, and perhaps trying to get across the message that the pointless pontificating may well be at an end. Here's hoping...!
