The latest addition to the cast of Heroes' fourth season has been announced, and it's Mr Ernie Hudson who will be stepping into the action. He's going to be playing Baltimore detective Captain Lubbock, and while little is known about his storyline, it's believed that he's going to be trying to hunt down one of the show's characters.

While Hudson's career has seen him pop up in the likes of Desperate Housewives and Oz, as you'd expect we remember him most for his appearances in the Ghostbusters movies. And does anyone else remember him popping up in the early 90s thriller The Hand That Rocks The Cradle too? Ah, those were the days.

Heroes returns to our screens next month. And, as we've said on more than one occasion, there's a lot riding on this fourth season...
