James Bond-inspired posters for Muppets Most Wanted

Frogfall? The Pig Is Not Enough? Just two of the new posters for the incoming Muppets Most Wanted...

Reviews of the brand new Muppets film, Muppets Most Wanted, are set to go live next week. Ahead of that though, a bunch of James Bond-inspired Muppets posters have come to light. You will not be surprised to hear that we rather like these. A lot.

007, then, is the obvious inspiration, although there's a Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy spoof in there too. And Face/Off.

Muppets Most Wanted arrives in cinemas on March 28th in the UK (and the week before in the US). And without further ado, feast your eyes on this rather splendid collection of posters right here...

Bleeding Cool.

As before, the best part of a Muppet movie is the advertising.

Not say that the last film was bad, it's just that the adverts are so much more inventive.

Much as I like the Muppets (and I *really* do), I'm not seeing much ingenuity in lazy spoofs of existing posters and some weak puns.

Why they giving this the hard sell? I noticed this with the last one. Is it because, as they're puppets, they don't need to rely on any one actor to do all these photo shoots etc?

Out of curiosity, Simon, if Muppets Most Wanted reviews are going live next week, does that mean Captain America: The Winter Soldier reviews are going live too at around the same time?

No. More than likely the week after. At this moment in time, it's not screened for press yet, whereas Muppets may have done.

The miss piggy one got me!
