Lots of posters for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1

Seven posters land for this November's The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. Some decent clobber in here too...

Breaking the final book of The Hunger Games into a pair of films sounds like a smart business move for Lionsgate. Whether it serves as the best well to tell an already-tricky story remains to be seen, but this November, director Francis Lawrence will serve up The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, so we'll start to find out the answer.

Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson lead the returnees, although they're not the focus of this bunch of posters that have just been released for the film. These are the 'Capitol Couture Collection' posters, which sounds like some posh fashion stuff to us. They highlight, as you can see, the heroes of seven of the districts in the world of The Hunger Games, with a slight sinister undertone to them.

The film arrives in cinemas this November. And we'll leave you, for now, to mooch over these...

I need to be off to the transportation district. But I'll probably end up in my bunk.

I'm not really a Hunger Games fan (I've read the books and will see all the films but...) however I love these. The Grain District woman is stunning, though Mr Livestock is doing things too... Probably not the point of the posters but hey, well done everyone :)

These look like what I imagine would happen if a modern Grant Wood did a cover for Time magazine. Brilliant.

is he wearing trousers made out of tyres? they must chafe a bit! The rest are good though

Tyre Trousers would get awfully hot wouldn't they?

These look really disturbing to me.

Not if they're all-season tyres :-)

He'll get his wear out of them though, I reckon they'll last a Good Year....

I said I reckon........

I'll get me coat

Greedy :)

Great looking posters and a great promo idea for the film(s). Lumber guy is looking a bit too close to one of the new bods from Geordie Shore for my liking tho' ...

im tyred.

Always :)
