New trailer for sci-fi blockbuster Oblivion, with Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise stars in the impressive looking blockbuster Oblivion. Here's the new trailer for it...

There's a blurred line now as to where the blockbuster season actually starts, what with big films landing in March (Jack The Giant Slayer and Oz The Great And Powerful). April seems to be when the gun is properly fired though, and first out of the proverbial traps will be Oblivion (with Iron Man 3 not far behind).

We've been interested in this one for a while. It stars Tom Cruise, who has good pedigree in sci-fi, and it's the second movie from TRON: Legacy director Joseph Kosinski.

A second trailer for the movie has now been released too, which you can see below. We look forward to seeing the end product on the biggest screen we can find...

My first thought was, 'Oblivion? Why not Morrowind?' :D

I think I'm going to avoid watching this trailer (and any subsequent ones) because, like all of Cruise's SF movies, I think it will be very good - and I don't want to spoil it by seeing too much in advance.

Seriously...how many times in a year can play a character called Jack?

This trailer shows too much. Best avoided! I feel like I've just seen the whole film.

Cheers for the heads up brah!!

Can't stop thinking of the spheroids from Terrahwaks. Hope they speak like Windsor Davies too.

Not a "blockbuster" yet, though inevitably it will be

You'd think he would just say to the director "Er, so I'm Jack...again? Aaaaaany chance we could change that name? I am sure it's not integral to the storyline what my name is... how about Eric? Or Sebastian? No? Bollox."

THE UPLOADER HAS NOT MADE THIS VIDEO AVAILABLE

That's all it says! :'(

Has potential....!
