A new extended TV promo for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and a couple of bits of Avengers: Age Of Ultron news...

There have been a few new happenings in the land of Marvel Studios, so we've rounded them up in one place for you.

Firstly, the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier. A new, extended television promo spot for the film has been released, so we'll kick off with that. It's not shy when it comes to action...

About to embark on the press tour for Captain America: The Winter Soldier meanwhile is Scarlett Johansson. And if you've been exposed to anything tabloid-y in the past few days, you may have heard the news that she's apparently expecting her first child. Huge congratulations to her if that's the case. There's a slight rejuggling of the Avengers: Age Of Ultron schedule too, as you might expect. Johansson's scenes in the new film are apparently set to be fast-tracked, and will be shot once her press duties for Captain America 2 are done.

A sneak peek at Avengers: Age Of Ultron meanwhile is set to screen as part of a new one-hour TV special, premiering on March 18th. Entitled Marvel Studios: Assembling A Universe, the special will have footage from three upcoming Marvel movies - Captain America 2, Guardians Of The Galaxy and Avengers 2 - along with some new footage from upcoming episodes of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

I wonder why Nick Fury so desperately wants to get "off the grid"...?

It's probably because of the Mother ******* snakes on the Mother ******* Helicarrier

I need to stop watching these, I'm going to see the film. I don't need any more convincing.

Yep, I've refused to watched it. Enough already! I already reckon I could write you most of the plot based on what I've seen so far (For the record, I reckon this film will basically be the plot of Captain America #300-#350, which is no bad thing)

Its not quite as bad as the new Spider-man, who seem dead set on showing the entire film.

Just 1 month to go! I'll watch that MCU thing on the 18th though.

Damn it, Scarlett, I was always kind of expecting that you'd end up with me in the end, but a baby would complicate things.

Does anyone know if 'Assembling a universe' is going to be on in the UK?

Really like the tone of the film shown in this trailer, seems a lot more serious and less comedic than lets say the GOTG trailer (where its more appropriate), the mixture of tones in these Marvel movies is just so on the money, its why each film has so much anticipation because their not drones of each other.

Yeah! Slag.
