Lady Gaga joins Machete Kills

The speedy shoot for Robert Rodrigeuz's Machete Kills, starring Danny Trejo, must be pretty all but done. The film has been shooting these past few weeks, with a cast that also includes Charlie Sheen, Mel Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Amber Heard, Vanessa Hudgens and Jessica Alba.

And now, on his Twitter feed, Rodriguez has announced that there's another name that's been added to the cast list. That of Lady Gaga's. That might just mark her first ever mention on this site. We think we can safely say that she's made it now.

Rodriguez Tweeted that "she kicked SO MUCH ASS", and attached to his message a special character poster, that introduced Lady Gaga as a La Chameleon. We don't know any more about her role than that.

Here's the poster, anyway, and we suspect Machete Kills will arrive early next year. Once Rodriguez has wrapped on the project, he's set to move on to Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.
