The Dark Knight: collectors' figures up for pre-order
Simon Brew
Get in quick, because the new range of Dark Knight merchandise may not, on early evidence, be in stock for long...
On one of our regular peruses of Forbidden Planet, we discovered that the firm has started taking orders on a variety of fantastic looking figures, statues and merchandise.
This is one of those articles where pictures speak a thousand proverbial words, so click on any of the images at the bottom for the larger version. Note that some of these are limited edition pieces, and we’d expect the Joker ones in particular to sell out pretty darn fast…

Re: The Dark Knight: collectors' figures up for pre-orderI have a credit card arriving soon so I can buy a new laptop. I'm not saying that using that card to buy a Joker statue is the right thing to do, but I'm struggling to form any kind of argument against it.
Re: The Dark Knight: collectors' figures up for pre-orderWhat good is a laptop? What can that do that the Joker can't?
Re: The Dark Knight: collectors' figures up for pre-orderIt's not really a case of choosing. It's more a case of 'It's going to be really difficult to hide a brand new laptop and a Joker statue around the house without questions being asked about where the money came from'. But I'm resourceful and I think I'm up to the task.
