The Adjustment Bureau's George Nolfi is set to direct a new biopic of Bruce Lee...

We've already had one big screen hit biopic of Bruce Lee, with Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story doing a decent job back in 1993. It starred Jason Scott Lee as Bruce Lee, with Rob Cohen directing, and was a solid hit.

Now we hear that a new Bruce Lee biopic is on the way, this one set to focus on Lee's fight with Wong Jack Man in 1965 (many years before Lee's brief film career began). The story is set to be told from the viewpoint of Steve Macklin, Lee's young follower, and the plan is to get filming started next spring.

And whilst we've no idea as of yet who will be playing Bruce Lee this time around, we know who's directing the film. George Nolfi, best known for helming The Adjustment Bureau (as well as co-writing The Bourne Ultimatum and Need For Speed) is to helm the movie. It's set to be called Birth Of The Dragon.

More on the project as we hear it...
