New Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time behind the scenes feature

Take a look at the really quite impressive sets for the incoming Prince Of Persia film, along with lots of people chatting enthusiastically about it…

We're decreasingly interested in behind the scenes feature material of upcoming films, primarily because it all tends to be incredibly stage managed and chock full of talking heads nattering about how wonderful everything is.
There's certainly an element of that to this new featurette for Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time, but there's still actually material in here of interest. Primarily, the building of what looks like a really terrific set. Seriously: it looks amazing from where we're sitting. We'd have liked more focus on it, to be honest, rather than the tailing off into chatter about visual effects. Yet, it's one of the better featurettes we've seen. Disney calls this featurette Creating An Epic, and certainly the scale of the production appears not to be small at all.
Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time is released on 28th May 2010.
