Cuckoo: trailer for new creepy-looking thriller

Richard E Grant is back on the big screen next year, as British thriller Cuckoo gets a trailer…
Published on Dec 15, 2009
On the list of people we don't talk about enough on the site, Mr Richard E Grant is right near the top. With Nails for me, remains one of the funniest and interesting actor diaries of recent times, while his film work - including the majestic Withnail & I - makes him a firm favourite for us.
Next year, we'll be seeing him on the big screen again in an intriguing British thriller by the name of Cuckoo. In the film, Grant plays a professor who becomes obsessed with his star student, and it's got the ingredients of quite a creepy thriller. Good to see the terrific Tamsin Greig in the cast too.
The film has been written and directed by Richard Bracewell, who has The Gigolos to his name too, and is set for release in 2010. We'll be keeping you posted on it...
