Green Zone: the trailer

It’s The Bourne Reunion, as director Paul Greengrass and star Matt Damon unite for a new thriller. Here’s the trailer for Green Zone…

Paul Greengrass is, surely, one of the best directors working in Hollywood right now. United 93, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum are each terrific films, and we live in real hope that he'll reunite with Matt Damon to make a fourth Bourne movie in the next year or two.
Before that, though, he's putting the finishing touches to his new film, which also stars Matt Damon. It's called Green Zone, and the cast also features Greg Kinnear, Brendan Gleeson and Jason Isaacs. Damon plays a man on the hunt for the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq back in 2003, which, on the basis of the traile, seems the foundations for a film that doesn't look a million miles away from the style of the Bourne movies.
We do have a sneaking suspicion that the trailer tells us a little more than we'd like to know about the film, and we do hope it's not given too much away. It does look impressive thus far, though.
The film is released on 12th March 2010.
