Sacha Baron Cohen's Grimsby set for a 2015 release
Sacha Baron Cohen's next comedy, Grimsby, has a release date in the middle of one of the busiest blockbuster seasons in history.
A date has been set for Sacha Baron Cohen's next comedy, it's been revealed. Enitled Grimsby, the film will be directed by Louis Leterrier (of The Incredible Hulk and Now You See Me fame) and will follow a British black-ops operative who finds himself on the run and reunites with his estranged brother who happens to be a football hooligan.
Cohen will play both parts and co-wrote the script with Peter Baynham, who worked on Borat (and co-wrote Arthur Christmas). The movie will shoot this summer with a release date of July 31st 2015 in America.
In other Cohen news he has renewed his first look deal with Paramount. The deal will last three years and Cohen seems happy about it. "Any studio that puts out a movie where Leonardo DiCaprio snorts cocaine from a hooker's anus is a place I'm happy to call home", he said.
