Twilight 4 entering pre-production?
Simon Brew
Twilight 2 is currently filming, Twilight 1 has just hit DVD, and work is, apparently, already afoot on Twilight 4….

Those behind the Twilight movie franchise could hardly be accused of twiddling their thumbs. Once the first film in the series became a box office smash and a half at the end of last year, work was quickly underway on its sequel, New Moon, which is currently going before the cameras. That's due out at the end of the year.
Then, all concerned will need to hot foot it over to the set of Twilight: Eclipse, which is already in pre-production, and is earmarked for the summer of 2010. But just when the cast and crew thought they might be able to put their tools down for a bit and chill out, it's been revealed that the final story in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, is also in the early stages of becoming a movie.
While Summit Entertainment hasn't commented on the rumour, that was posted over at The Wrap, it would mean if true that the fourth Twilight movie would stand a strong chance of being in cinemas for the end of 2010. That's four films in two years. Yikes. We believe this is what the phrase "striking while the iron's hot" was invented for.
