The batmobile gets a parking ticket

We're indebted to Simon Tang for this, who sent these snaps over. Basically, in the UK right now, the Batmobile has been doing the rounds as part of the promotional tour for The Dark Knight's DVD and Blu-ray release. Heck, you can even read our review here if you're so inclined.

However, just because you're a superhero, it doesn't mean you're above the law. And with that in mind, it seems that the vehicle was parked illegally outside the GMTV studios, thus picking up a parking ticket for its trouble.

We suspect that this may be as much a part of the PR campaign as all the advertising right now, but we're happy to fall for it. Give us a grin on a Monday morning anyway...
