New pictures from the upcoming Watchmen movie!

Why is it that even when we're sceptical about a film, we still get a bit excited about it anyway? We're cautiously optimistic about Watchmen, anyway...

Two things that don't historically go well: adaptations of Alan Moore's work, and Zack Snyder movies, full stop. Yet for some deeply perverse reason, there's something kind of awesome about these pictures from the new Watchmen movie.
I could ramble on for a bit longer, but we all know why we're here: the pretty pretty pictures. Enjoy!

How amazing do these pics look?!?!? I'm just nearing the end of my first reading of Watchmen (bit late to the party I know) and I'm just pant-wettingly excited about this adaptation.

they all look awesome.. Slick Specte looks fantstic and the Comedian looks like he has just stepped out of the comic. The only one I am not too sure about is Ozymandias who looks a little like Batman and Robin, still wow... nice one Zack!

I actually don't know whether to laugh or cry. I seriously can't make my mind up whether these are brilliant or dreadful. Well, except for the Comedian, who looks spot on.

Also... just the fact that there is actually finally going to be a Watchmen movie still feels like some kind of strange fever dream.
